Multi-position Soap log splitter and soap beveler

I have ordered several items from Custom Crafts and could not be happier with the quality of their products. Very well made and perform exactly as stated. I would highly recommend all the products based on my experience with my purchases. Absolutely love them.

Excellent quality. Wish there'd been a little more instruction re striking the wires though.

I bought the Loaf Splitter and was surprised at how quick it arrived when I have been waiting over a week from other soaping companies. The tool is a work of beauty and exceeded my expectation but it was made here in the USA not the cheap Chinese stuff we see so often. You can tell these folks take pride in their work and it shows. I did have a minor issue with wire tightening nut (guitar tuning key) and Alex did everything but come and exchange the tool just to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Folks I can't tell you how nice it is to have people who care and Alex did and so to her I would rate this product as a perfect 10 but as you can see they only gave me 5 stars. Thank you so much for all your help even to the point of answering emails on Saturday and Sunday I wish you only the best...

This item comes unassembled, which is fine, but I had to reach out to the company in order to find out how to put it together. It came with no instructions or a link to a video on how to. Alex did respond right away and I was sent an apology with a video, which was not great but it only gave me an idea on how to do it. We went back and forth on my questions and I finally figured it out. It was only after an injury to my finger tip and having to get a wire cutter that I was able to cut my soap. Pretty disappointed first time customer.

We are very sorry to hear of the difficulties you've had with wire setup. We do not ship log splitters with preset wires only because we do not know the cutting height preferences. We will work on better instructions and videos. Hope our log splitter performance will overcome its first impression.
