This tool is a work of art, very well made and excellent quality control. Besides this, it is a life saver, it replaced two of my old tools, one cutter and one slicer, since this tools is an engineered work of art, it incorporates both into one, amazingly saving me tons of time on my production line. I absolutely love my Jupiter Slab Molds! I own two of them, and the quality is excellent. The peach-colored silicone liner looks so elegant paired with the gray mold, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design and craftsmanship.
