This listing is used for custom, made-to-order items that have already been discussed and approved with us.

It may cover (but is not limited to):
custom molds, custom tools, modifications to existing products, one-off prototypes, replacement or special-run parts, or other “hey, can you make this?” ideas that don’t fit neatly into a standard listing.

• This listing cannot be purchased on its own.
  If you haven’t talked to us yet — please do that first. We promise we’re friendly.

• The $1 price is not the actual cost.
  Final pricing is calculated after we discuss the project details and will be added to the order manually.

• Lead times vary depending on the scope, complexity, and current shop workload. Timelines are always discussed before the order is finalized.

• All custom items are final sale.
  Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once approved and started. When we make something just for you, it’s really just for you.

This listing exists so custom work can live where it belongs — in our shop — and so customers can leave reviews once their custom piece is complete (because future makers love seeing what’s possible).
