Shop Policies

Processing time

All our products are made to order. Our regular processing time is 1 to 4 weeks, though this is not guaranteed. Please note that any estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are automatically generated by Shopify and do not reflect our actual processing schedule. We always do our best to ship orders on time, but some items can take longer depending on workload. If you’re in a rush and need your order ASAP, let us know.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom orders

We don't accept returns on custom or personalized orders. All custom orders are made based on the details discussed and confirmed with you. If a specific feature, design element, or detail was not mentioned or clarified during our communication, we will either omit it or interpret it at our discretion. We do not offer free remakes for custom orders if the result differs from uncommunicated expectations.

For custom orders we do not accept cancellations after we start working on your order. If you need to change or cancel, contact us to check if it’s still possible.

Returns, exchanges & cancellations

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in the same condition as received (no signs of use, original protection film applied, etc.).

  • Return shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Restocking & outbound shipping: Restocking fees apply to all items and are calculated after we receive the return. Some items ship “free,” but shipping is never free to us—our outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Bank fees: Bank processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Affiliate commissions: If an affiliate link or coupon was used, any commissions paid to partners will not be refunded in case of cancellation or return.
