We designed Boreas to be easy to set, easy to use, and easy to clean. Cut-out wire slots let you place and tension wires quickly with classic wire pegs. The strong, heavy stainless-steel frame feels solid in your hands and stays steady through every cut.

The removable table insert not only makes cleaning a breeze — paired with wire guides placed in 1/8'' increments, it also allows you to reset the cutter for a different bar width. Changed your bar thickness? No need to buy a new cutter.

• Materials: Food-grade stainless steel and HDPE plastic.

• Cutting capacity: Fits loafs with a 5.5" × 5.5" profile — and larger.

• Wire span: 19" from the first to the last wire position.

• Bar width options: Wire slots placed in 1/8" increments, allowing you to set your bar thickness in small, consistent steps (you will need a spare table insert for each cutting setup).

• Standard table: 1" between cutting slots — contact us for other spacing options.

• Maximum cutter width: 25".
