“Nara” Slab soap mold with silicone liner

I thought long and hard about scaling up to a mold this size, and once I decided I wanted to make a larger volume of soap at a time, I really did my research. The Nara mold suited my needs for the dimensions I wanted, and it is SO SOLID. I've only soaped with wooden molds up until now, and this just has a totally different feeling of solid craftsmanship. The handles on the side make it easy to pick up and move, and the slide panels that slide off make it easy to get the silicone mold out. The silicone itself is sturdy, yet soft. I also got the lid, which fits perfectly. I found that I don't need to insulate this mold as much after finishing the pour as I do with my wooden molds - it holds the heat in a bit more. Overall, I'm thrilled with this purchase and feel like this mold will last a lifetime!

I LOVE this mold! This is my first time using a large slab mold and I was afraid that the silicone liner would be difficult to remove. It was easy peasy. The removable sides were so easy as well. The lid is a must have imo. But I also think it is so fun to have an aesthetically beautiful mold in my soaping room as well!

I've been a soap maker for many years and have used a variety of molds, liners, etc. I am so impressed with the quality of the mold and liner, they are heavy duty and made my life so much easier. Money well spent. The shipping is a bit slow BUT like all good things- they take time.

It is beautifully designed from the materials used to create the box, that has sides that easily slide out, measurements on the side for easy of cutting, and handles that are super strong for carrying. I love the height of the box for either tall skinny bar or for an average height bar, there is lots of room for embeds or piped toppings. Let’s not forget the silicone mold itself, it’s strong enough to hold its own weight and does not collapse into the mold. The silicone mold is easy to clean, make crisp corners and is easy to remove the soap. The lid is a clear plastic so I can keep an eye on the soap as it goes through gel phase. The soap did not overheat and crack. would recommend using this box to anyone
