Multi-position Soap log splitter

This log splitter is sturdy, easy to use, and also actually attractive. I am very pleased with it! Being attractive isn't crucial for a tool, but a big plus as I was my soap room to look good, lol.

Sturdy construction, cuts like a dream - what's not to love? My other splitter quickly went into storage. Now I can make high tops in my slab mold and be assured that they will be cut with ease!

I have waited and waited to buy a log splitter for my slab soaps. I couldn't find one I liked. I really wanted to avoid one made of wood. I did make one myself to tide me over, but it didn't take long for it to warp and start caving in. lol

When I discovered Custom Craft Tools and saw their product, I just knew I had found what I was looking for! Alex answered all my questions and even though it was rather expensive to convert to US dollars, pay duties, and shipping to Canada etc... I am very happy with my purchase.

Love all the size options available for this splitter. Also, the distance between the side “rails” is wide enough to accommodate very tall bars. Easy to keep clean as well, which is always a plus. Looks great beside my matching single wire bar cutter. CCT, I know this splitter also bevels, but wondering if you have considered making a smaller hand held beveler that works on the same principle.

I finally put my slab mold cutter together and it looks beautiful. Very durable and of excellent material used to make it. Just cut my first slab of soap and worked like a charm.I have bought 4 items from Custom Crafts Tools and their products are the best.

This is the second splitter I've bought in the past 6 weeks. The first one's left arm kept bending inward. It did not have the extra perpendicular arm supports, range of cutting sizes, and ease of use that this one does. This splitter took me no time to set up, and I think I can use one string twice, if I cut it in half and save the ball end from the first half when it's time to change it out. I'm impressed!
