I am incredibly impressed with these molds! You can immediately tell that a lot of thought went into the design and quality. They feel sturdy and durable, and the food-grade silicone liner makes unmolding an absolute breeze. My finished products release cleanly and easily without sticking or getting damaged, which makes the entire process so much more enjoyable.

I also love how easy these molds are to clean. Being dishwasher-safe is a huge bonus, especially after a busy day of making multiple batches. The insulation is another great feature—it helps support a consistent gel phase and gives me much more confidence in the finished results.

What really stands out to me is the combination of durability and convenience. These aren't flimsy molds that feel like they'll need to be replaced after a short time. They're well-made, practical, easy to work with, and clearly designed with makers in mind.

Why did I wait so long?! Custom craft with the emphasis on "custom"! Yes, a gear tie works...sort of. IF your batter is thin enough. Any deviation and things can go off rail quickly. This fit my mold perfectly with enough room to swirl. This hanger tool takes the stress of "thick batter swirl" away. So easy. Thanks Alex...and Alex!

I absolutely love my Jupiter Slab Molds! I own two of them, and the quality is excellent. The peach-colored silicone liner looks so elegant paired with the gray mold, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design and craftsmanship.
