I have not received this item yet, but their customer service is exceptional. I decided I wanted a larger mold several days after placing my order. I texted Alex and he responded much sooner than I thought he would. He was very pleasant and gave me several different options to choose from. I will definitely order from him again. Can’t wait for my mold to arrive.

Love the products but shipping time is quite literally - pathetic. Ordered 2 molds on the 26th April, contacted the store about non shipment on the 23rd, was advised that items would be shipped in a couple of days. It’s now the 3rd of May and nothing has shipped. I understand that a shop can get overwhelmed with orders, but making people wait weeks for their items to ship when they state shipping happens a few days after ordering, really is unacceptable.
