The mold took a little longer than expected to arrive, but after seeing the quality in person, I can honestly say it was worth the wait. The craftsmanship is excellent, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into making these molds.
I also want to mention that Alex, the owner, was fantastic throughout the process. He always responded to my messages quickly, answered my questions professionally, and kept me informed every step of the way. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days.
I haven’t had the chance to use this soap mold yet, but I’ve been in the soap-making business for quite a while and can usually tell a quality mold when I see one.
