Please note: A $30 one-time setup fee will be added to the first order of a custom lip balm pouring tray. Reorders of the same design are not charged this fee.

Pouring lip balm or lotion into tubes is frustrating when the tubes won’t stay upright.
Common issues include tubes tipping over mid-pour, leaning into each other, or slipping through holes that are slightly too large. This leads to spills, uneven fills, wasted product, and constant readjusting instead of a smooth, controlled pour.
This lip balm pouring tray is custom-made specifically for your cosmetic tubes.

The number of tubes per tray will depend on how many tubes of your diameter can fit on this surface. There will be an additional customization fee for oversized trays.
How it works
1. Contact us first.
2. Send us one of your lip balm or lotion tubes. We measure it in-house and machine holes to the exact diameter needed so each tube fits snugly.
