Multi-Loaf Slab Soap Mold with Silicone Liner
Several long loaves, one mold to fill. This slab soap mold by CustomCraftTools is designed to replace multiple individual loaf molds, helping you manage larger batches with fewer molds to prepare, pour, and clean.
Pour your batch into one mold, release the slab, then split it into long loaves and cut your bars. You choose the loaf width to suit your soap and cutting setup.
Built for everyday business use
Made for the regular pouring, unmolding, and cleanup of a busy soapmaking business, each mold combines a heavy-duty HDPE base with a removable platinum silicone liner.
The rigid HDPE—high-density polyethylene—base supports your batch and keeps the mold’s shape during pouring and handling. The FDA-compliant silicone liner is flexible and tear-resistant, making it easy to release your soap without paper lining. Both components clean easily between batches.

For example, the 18 × 10 × 4-inch mold accommodates a cutting layout of four long loaves approximately 2.5 inches wide, before trimming. Your finished bar dimensions depend on your fill depth and cutting layout.
Designed for all soapmaking processes
Suitable for cold process, hot process, melt and pour, and rebatching, this professional slab soap mold fits the way you like to make soap. It also supports cold process oven process (CPOP) when used as directed.
The maximum working temperature for the assembled mold is 170°F (77°C). For hot process, melt and pour, or rebatching, allow the soap to cool within this limit before filling the mold.
For CPOP, preheat your oven to 170°F, turn it off, then place the mold inside on a wooden board rather than directly on a metal rack. The base and silicone liner provide insulation to help retain warmth during gel phase.

I have had many molds over the years and these from Custom Craft Tools are BY FAR the best! They are so easy to use and clean. The shape is so much easier to maneuver too for a smaller person. Unmolding is a breeze with the slide out sides. I added the raised lid as well so that I could see the soap and would have room for taller tops if I wanted. All in all, my soap studio would be incomplete without these workhorses! Do not hesitate to try these out. You really do get what you pay for when it comes to soap molds. These are in it for the LONG HAUL as you move through your soap journey.
Hand down the best slab mold!! This is the perfect mold to make tall skinny bars that are 2.25 inches wide instead of the standard 2.5-inch bar width.
I've used this mold 3 times. I get 4 loaves totaling 64 bars. I made a 1/8-inch diminisher with some HDPE I bought at Home Depot so that I wouldn't have a long 1/8-inch strip of soap left over when I'm done cutting into loaves, but you could just as easily not bother with that at all. I do it because I absolutely hate waste.
I cut each bar just under 3cm thick with my caterpillar soap cutting station (also from Custom Craft tools) and when it's all said and done I have only 5-6oz of waste/extra soap.
I know some like that extra for samples, not me. With the price of oils/butters soaring, I want the least amount of waste possible. I'll cut up a bar if I want samples, I don't want them by default.
This mold is extremely well made, very solid, will last my lifetime and then some. Love the handles (moving 20lbs of wet soap can be challenging). It has markings for embed placement.
With larger slab molds, refrigerating if soap starts overheating is not an option, with this mold the sides are removable to quickly cool down cracking soap if necessary. I make all got milk soap so I really appreciate that feature.
I can't say enough about this mold. I'm so happy I made this investment. I have molds from other companies; Workshop Heritage, Essential Depot, a few from Etsy, those cheap purple Amazon molds...none of them can hold a candle to this mold or the wonderful customer service you will get from Custom Craft Tools.
So, if you want large batch sizes of tall/skinny soap from a mold that you'll be able to use for years to come, then you need this mold.
