I love Hercules. More affordable than caterpillar, and after asking customer service, does not have big enough differences for the hobbyist I am. Caterpillar is longer, and both have 1/8 th in increments for slab cutting. I already have a multibar cutter, but having this one opens multiple possibilities. The 1/8 th in difference doesn't show if your mold gives a slab slightly thicker or larger. Ii is strudy, easy to clean, easy to use - just make sure the wires on both sides stay in the chosen position-. It came in less than 3 weeks after ordering. I had to pay 53$ custom fees for delivery in Canada. I was expecting something like that. I am very happy with it. Thankyou!
I was using 4 small loaf molds to make about 40 bars per batch. Since I started using the Goliath, I make about 84 bars. And it's easier to pour in one big mold. This mold has mor ethan doubled my production and made the job even easier. I'm going to buy one, maybe even 2 more. Great product!
Perfect size, easy to clean. Really stepped up my market game with this mold. Silicone is much better quality than Amazon molds. And Alex's are super good to work with. Only bad side is I need to get a 2nd one to keep up with my happy customers.
Took me a minute to figure out, no instructions, however a video on the website helped!!! NICE, cut the slab I made quickly and evenly. Very sturdy.
These molds are amazing! THE best quality while somehow still being gorgeous. The customer service was also outstanding. Note, these are custom order so they take a little while to get. Sooo worth the wait. I cant say enough about myexperience. Will definitely purchase more once my business grows.
